The Vision
Peco Pointe Lofts is a concept development by CK Hospitality for Midtown Memphis, envisioned as modern lofts with private balcony views, secure smart access, and easy access to the neighborhood’s food and arts scene. The Artisan’s Place was brought in to shape how the project would look and feel before ground was broken.
Branding Concept
We designed a clean, elegant identity with a palette of muted greens and blues that feels contemporary while respecting Midtown’s historic character.
The system extends across business cards, a mobile website, magazine spreads, and marketing materials, so every touchpoint tells the same story of comfortable, connected urban living.
